In the event of disputes with the company, private clients within the meaning of Art. 4 (2) FINSA and professional clients within the meaning of Art. 5 (1) FINSA may initiate a mediation procedure through the ombudsman.

The risks associated with the services provided are explained to clients in each case before the contract is concluded. Cost Information
Fees and costs are incurred in connection with the company's services. These are disclosed to customers before the contract is concluded and set out in detail in the contracts.
In addition, costs and fees are incurred that are charged to you indirectly, e.g. ongoing fees of a fund that reduce the fund return. These costs and fees can be found in the contractually agreed documents and/or product descriptions. You can also request these from RML Advisory.
Third-Party Payments
When providing distribution and marketing services, RML Advisory may receive compensation from third parties. However, such compensation is expressly not a retrocession, but a fee for the services provided by RML Advisory to the third-party provider. The fee compensation paid by the third-party provider to RML Advisory has no effect on the costs of a financial instrument or its performance.

RML provides financial services utilizing a variety of financial products. Some of these products are developed in-house by RML Advisory and are issued, managed, or controlled by regulated third-party entities. These may include collective investment schemes and structured products.
Additionally, RML offers financial products sourced from third-party providers, ensuring a diverse range of investment options for clients.
Conflicts Of Interest
RML Advisory has implemented appropriate organizational and administrative measures to prevent or mitigate conflicts of interest that may arise from the provision of financial services and that could pose a risk to the interests of our clients or result in a disadvantage. A series of controls ensures that our guidelines and rules on conflicts of interest remain appropriate and are adhered to.
